TR150D
TR150D Rotary drilling rig is mainly used in the construction of civil and bridge engineering, it adopts advanced intelligent electronic control system and loading sensing type pilot control hydraulic system, the whole machine is safe and reliable.
It’s suitable for the following application;
Drilling with telescopic friction or interlocking Kelly bar –standard supply;
Drilling with CFA drilling system – option supply;
Feature and advantages of TR150D
1. It is no need to disassemble the kelly bar before transportation, which saves the transportation cost and improves the transshipment efficiency. The chassis width is 3000 mm, which enhances the construction stability and can meet the construction requirements of most small construction sites.
2. Equipped with high-power Cummins engine, which meets the National III emission standard, it has the characteristics of economy, high efficiency, environmental protection and stability.
3. The rotary head adopts domestic first-class brand, the maximum speed can reach 30r/min, which has the characteristics of high torque, reliable performance and stable quality.
4. Hydraulic system adopts international advanced technology. The main pump, rotary head motor, main valve, auxiliary valve, balance valve, walking system, slewing system and pilot handle are all imported brands. Load-sensitive system is used in auxiliary system to realize flow distribution on demand.
5. All key components of the electronic control system (display, controller, inclination sensor, depth-sensing proximity switch, etc.) adopt original international first-class brands components, and the control box uses reliable aerospace connectors.
6. The main winch and auxiliary winch are installed on the mast, which is convenient to observe the direction of the wire rope. The double folded drum is designed and used, and the multi-layer wire rope is wound without cutting rope, which effectively reduces the wear of the wire rope and effectively improves the service life of wire rope.
